Precision cutting technology

We use industrial-grade laser cutting equipment with a cutting accuracy of 0.1mm, ensuring that each piece fits perfectly. Even complex hollow patterns and intricate gear teeth and racks can be formed in one go, without the need for any secondary adjustments.

Technical parameters:

- Cutting accuracy: ±0.1mm

- Minimum cutting gap: 0.3mm

- Cuttable thickness: 1 - 10mm

- Supported materials: Beech wood, Maple wood, Walnut wood, Oak wood, MDF, etc.

Joint and mortise structure technology

We conducted in-depth research on traditional mortise and tenon joints and transformed them into an assembly method suitable for modern production. No glue or hardware is required; the product's stability and durability are ensured solely by the structural interlocking.

Common types of mortise and tenon joints:

- Venetian tenon: connection for drawers and boxes

- Straight tenon: framework structure

- Hidden tenon: seamless connection without visible marks

- Wedge tenon: arc-shaped components joining together
